Return any stock item for any reason within 30 days for a refund, except:

  • Custom Items
  • Items marked "non-returnable"

If Uline or the manufacturer is at fault, Uline will issue a UPS ARS label for free return shipping. Otherwise customer is responsible for shipping charges.
  • Call 1-800-295-5510 or submit your return online from the Return Center.
  • A Customer Service Representative will provide a Return Authorization Number.
  • Write the Return Authorization/Order Number on the outside of the package.
  • Ship to the nearest Uline facility. Click here for a list of Uline addresses.
Outside the United States: Please use Parcel Post with a copy of receipt for proper reimbursement.

Note on Repairs: In certain circumstances Uline will issue “loaner” items while the original item is being repaired. Call 1-800-295-5510 for availability.
