How can I ship my order outside the U.S.?

Uline fulfills orders locally in the U.S., Canada and Mexico. We also ship directly to U.S. territories and military APO/DPO/FPO addresses. For other international orders, Uline can ship through a freight forwarder.

For orders billing to the U.S.:

  • Uline will ship your order domestic.
  • Your company is responsible for:
    • Delivery to an international destination
    • Complying with export documentation and regulations
  • Uline is not the exporter of record.

For orders billing outside the U.S.:

Step 1: Contact Customer Service to set up an international billing address.

Step 2: Select a U.S. freight forwarder as your shipping address during checkout.

Step 3: Place your order to receive an email including a Proforma Invoice with payment instructions.

Step 4: Prepay by wire transfer to ship your order.

Step 5: Request export documentation.
