What is Uline's shipping and handling policy?

Uline ships freight prepaid and invoices you for the charges.

• Your order is shipped from the Uline location closest to your shipping address.
• Uline ships with parcel and freight services based on order characteristics including, but not limited to, the size and weight of the order. Uline offers several different freight options.

Ship Collect:

• On the "Shipping" portion of checkout, enter your UPS/FedEx collect account number in the "Special Instructions" field.
  • On future orders, a drop-down box will appear with previously used account numbers.
• Shipping specials offered by Uline, such as waived oversize charges, do not apply to collect orders.
• To update your UPS/FedEx collect account number, please contact us.
• A $1.50 handling fee will be added to your order.

Rush Shipments:

• Many orders deliver next business day by default. If you need expedited shipping, you may request overnight delivery during checkout.
