| Artwork Size | ||
| • | The size of your artwork should be height minus .25" (.125" on top and bottom) by width minus .25" (.125" on each side). | |
| Accepted Formats | ||
| • | 600 DPI or greater is recommended for maximum results. | |
| • | A minimum resolution of 300 DPI will be accepted but is not recommended. | |
| • | Multicolor files cannot be used unless the "Color Separation" (see below) criteria are met. | |
| • | TIFF, PNG, or EPS are recommended. BMP files are also accepted, but not recommended. | |
| o | Artwork created in these formats must be created at the final output size with enough resolution to print at 600 dpi. | |
| When this file is uploaded, it will fit perfectly within the print margins of the label at the proper 600 dpi resolution. | ||
| • | EPS Files: | |
| o | Fonts are needed to print your EPS file unless you embed them. If non-standard fonts are used, please supply the font files with your EPS file. | |
| o | If the EPS file is not exactly the same size as the product's print margins, it will be rescaled to fit these margins. Placing crop marks around the artwork will ensure it is exported with the correct margin size. | |
| • | JPEG and GIF files are not accepted because they do not meet image quality print requirements. | |
| Other File Types | ||
| • | Microsoft Word - Word documents can be used. Make sure that multi-color files do not have colors touching. Do not use colored clipart images. Non-standard fonts need to be supplied with your file. | |
| • | Microsoft Publisher - Publisher documents can be used. Make sure that multi-color files do not have colors touching. Do not use colored clipart images. Non-standard fonts need to be supplied with your file. | |
| • | CorelDraw- Corel Documents should be exported as an EPS. When saving your EPS, be sure to click on the radio button (in the export dialog box) that says "Convert text to Curves". | |
